Flipping Kids is a more than a gym. We are an education and sport centre committed to building happy, confident and strong kids.
Our goal is to encourage and inspire new generations of gymnasts and parkour practitioners to achieve the best of themselves, and to ensure that every child will experience achievement.

ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS FROM 2 years
PARKOUR CLASSES FROM 5 years
ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS is a dynamic sport combining artistry strength and grace on Beam, Bar, Vault and Floor for females, and parallel bars, high bars, vault, rings, pommel and floor exercise for males.
PARKOUR is a physical and mental training discipline, inspired by military obstacle course training, participants traverse and navigate obstacles through running, jumping, vaulting, climbing, rolling in the quickest and most efficient way possible.
Flipping Kids was established by Gay Williamson, a former gymnast and dancer from New Zealand with an extensive coaching background spanning over 40 years throughout New Zealand , Australia and Hong Kong .
Our Gymnastic classes have been operating in Hong Kong since 2013 , and have built a reputation on delivering progressive quality classes.
With this considerable experience our classes have been finely tuned to teach correct technique, be fun, action packed progressive lessons so that every child can flourish.
Our progressive programs provide a pathway for children from beginner students to advanced.
We are dedicated to helping kids grow into strong, confident and happy kids with life skills !
