Parkour

Kids love to run, jump, climb, and swing, and our classes will teach them how to do it safely, while learning the philosophy behind Parkour.
Parkour is a training discipline that involves moving rapidly through an area negotiating and overcoming obstacles.
An exciting way to stay fit both physically and mentally. It's art, exercise and play with a purpose.

Our specially designed Parkour Obstacle Course also includes warped walls, poles, monkey bar, ramps,climbing wall, bars and more.

Mini Parkour

Ages 5-6 years
1 hour

This class focuses on fun, play with a purpose, and instilling confidence to safely explore the world around them. Rolling, running, climbing, balancing and landing techniques. Improving concentration, spatial skills and confidence .

Junior

Ages 6-7 years

1 hour 

Building strength, fitness and confidence, these classes teach a wide variety of techniques and skills that include running, vaulting, climbing, rolling, precision jumping, swinging and landing techniques, warped wall, monkey bars and more .

Intermediate

Ages 8-10 years

1 hour

These classes teach a variety of techniques and skills that include running, vaulting, climbing, rolling, precision jumping, swinging and landing techniques, warped wall, monkey bars and more .

Senior

Ages 11-13 years

1 hour 

These classes teach a variety of techniques and skills that include running, vaulting, climbing, rolling, precision jumping, swinging and landing techniques, warped wall, monkey bars, and more .

Teens

13-16 years
1 hour 30 minutes

These classes teach a variety of techniques and skills that include running, vaulting, climbing, rolling, precision jumping, swinging and landing techniques, warped wall, monkey bars and more .

Advanced

6+ years
1 hour 30 minutes

This class is for students who are already experienced in Parkour, OR by invitation and are ready to move on to advanced skills. Please contact us for more details.

Parkour
Acrobatics

These classes teach a variety of flipping skills from the basics as cartwheels, rolls, handstands to Parkour advanced flips as frontflip, sideflip, backflip, aerial twist and much more.

 

Parkour Functional
Training

Ages 17+

Much more than weight lifting and push-ups! 

In this training program, we will be working out through the learning and development of new functional skills such as vaulting technics, swinging, landing techniques, running, fun games, and much more. 

 

We will be improving our strength, balance, and confidence for the everyday life using our Parkour equipment and learning new movement and Parkour skills. Our main goal with this program is to help you to feel more energetic, more capable, healthier, and happier.

Parkour Adults

Ages 17+ years

Obstacle Course Time Challenge

Ages 6+ years

Test and time your strength, speed, and agility skills on our obstacle course of warped wall, poles, monkey bars, climbing wall, parkour obstacles complete with Ninja Buzzer.
