Does your child love climbing on furniture? They will enjoy this class, which introduces basic gymnastics skills while developing coordination, gross motor abilities, and classroom skills. These sessions familiarize young gymnasts with the full gymnastics environment and teach fundamental movements and shapes, such as jumping, rolling, and landing safely. Parents or guardians are required to remain with their child during each session, offering support as they build confidence, learn to follow coach instructions, and develop proper movement techniques.
Gym Tots

This is our first preschool gymnastics class where no adult assistance is required*. Children will learn to roll, balance, swing, jump, and land, as well as develop beginner skills such as handstands and cartwheels, all while using a variety of apparatus in a fun environment.
*An adult may be asked to assist their child if they are unable to follow the coach’s instructions independently.

JUNIOR & INTERMEDIATE
Students will develop a wide range of gymnastics skills across all apparatus, including Uneven Bars, Vault, Balance Beam, Tumble Track Trampoline, and our Sprung Floor. We focus on teaching correct technique in a fun and supportive environment. Skills taught include handstands, cartwheels, and forward and backward walkovers, ensuring that every child continues to progress. Recreational students will also have the opportunity to participate in our club competitions in both Tumbling and Gymnastics.
INTERMEDIATE ADVANCED
This class is by invitation only for students who are competent in regular Intermediate recreational classes and are ready to advance to higher-level skills.
Pre Advanced
Floor & Tumbling
Ages 7+

These intensive sessions focus on developing consecutive tumbling skills, including progressions for round-offs, back handsprings, and front somersaults. This class is particularly beneficial for Level 2, 3, and 4 gymnasts looking to build strength, technique, and consistency.
Advanced Tumbling
Ages 8+

This class is designed for students of all ages who have mastered a back handspring and are ready to progress to more advanced tumbling skills. It is also highly beneficial for Level 5, 6, and 7 gymnasts, as well as former gymnasts looking to continue developing their skills.


Advanced Club Team

This class is for advanced gymnasts and teenagers, designed for advanced gymnasts who want to continue improving their skills, learn new techniques, build routines, and stay fit in a non-competitive environment.
Class Goals and Focus
Advanced Skills: Learn high-level gymnastics skills tailored to individual ability.
Routine Development: Create individual and group routines, with opportunities for in-house competitions and performances.
Fitness: Maintain strength, flexibility, and overall fitness through structured training.
Requirements: By invitation or assessment (ALP Level 4 or above).
ALP Competitive Teams

Following the Australian Level Program (ALP) Gymnasts in our Competitive Level Teams train for a series of Competitions with other clubs around Hong Kong, including in house at Flipping Kids.These intensive classes focus on conditioning, flexibility, strength and poise, whilst learning compulsory routines following the Australian Level Program (ALP) We work on technique across all apparatus, whilst encouraging positive attitudes, setting long term goals, striving to be their best, and making friendships in a supportive team environment. Our Level classes cycle start training in August, compete in our internal Tumbling competition in December, and Competition season in February to June.


Private Lessons
Our coaches provide detailed technical instruction to help students master gymnastics skills from beginner to advanced levels. Sessions are scheduled outside of our regular timetable, based on coach availability.
Available times include weekdays before regular classes, during school lunch breaks, and in the evenings, as well as Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
